DPE - Diagnostic de performance énergétique
It is now mandatory in France (from 01/01/11) that all properties for sale have a current DPE report and that the energy performance rating
be specified in any adverts
or marketing. The report indicates the level of energy consumption and the greenhouse gas (GHG) emission level, along with
recommendations on improving energy efficiency.
